them. Finally, we work with you to create an IT strategic plan that plots your
ongoing investments so that they are clearly aligned with your business

are your network (wired and wireless), Internet service, workstations (and
mobile devices). Using details gleaned from the Assessment and Strategic
Planning service, we will make any improvements to your current infrastructure
that we agree are necessary for successful adoption of cloud services.
Cloud Service Implementation
The landscape of cloud service offerings changes on a constant
basis. We stay abreast of leading products so we can help you evaluate the
solutions and choose those that best meet your business requirements. Following
the selection process, we will perform a comprehensive implementation that
includes negotiation and contract review, project planning, migration (from
your current solution) and training.
Maintenance & Support
Infrastructure solutions generally require periodic administration
and maintenance. We will define an ongoing administration and maintenance plan
to meet your requirements. We are cognoscente that no solution is trouble-free
and that most organizations require ad hoc support for troubleshooting, problem
resolution and response to general questions. Providing ongoing support is a
critical component of the partnership we establish with our customers and we
will work with you to insure that we meet or exceed your expectations.
